OSU Microscopy Facility
The Oklahoma State University (OSU) Microscopy Facility is a multi-user, shared instrumentation
facility for materials research spanning from nanotechnology to biology and medicine.
Our analytical capabilities include microscopy via electron beams, force probes and
visible light; nanomechanical and nanotribological probes.
The facility resides administratively under the office of Vice President for Research
with additional support from the Center for Veterinary Health Sciences, the College
of Agriculture Science and Natural Resources, the College of Arts and Sciences, and
the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology. The facility has served as
the central research, teaching and training center for microscopy at OSU since 1977.
It is located in Suite 104 of the Venture I Building in the Oklahoma Technology and
Research Park, Highway 51 and Sangre in Stillwater, Oklahoma
The OSU Microscopy Facility Director is Dr. Ron Van Den Bussche, Senior Associate Vice President for Research and Regents Professor of Integrative
Biology.
