Agencies which Require COI Disclosure
Following is a list of agencies that have been identified as requiring Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosures to be made prior to proposal submission. Please e-mail Conflict of Interest Officer (coi@okstate.edu) if you encounter another agency that requires COI so it can be added to our list.
Agencies requiring compliance with institutional Conflict of Interest guidelines include:
- National Science Foundation (NSF)
- Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- American Cancer Society (ACS)*
Public Health Services (PHS) agencies requiring compliance with PHS Conflict of Interest guidelines include:
- Office of Global Affairs (OG)
- Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH)
- Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR)
- Agency for Health Care Research & Quality (AHRQ)
- Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR)
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
- Indian Health Service (IHS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
- Any HHS agency. Check the HHS GPS.
Non-PHS agencies requiring compliance with PHS Conflict of Interest guidelines include:
- Administration for Children and Families (ACF)
- Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR)
- American Cancer Society (ACS)
- American Heart Association (AHA)
- American Lung Association (ALA)
- Arthritis Foundation (AF)
- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
- Lupus Foundation of America (LFA)
- Susan G. Komen for the Cure
- CurePSP
