University Resources for Sponsored Programs Administration

Sponsored programs administration at Oklahoma State University is comprised of two principal units:

  • Central Sponsored Programs Administration (CSPA) provides support to the research and sponsored program enterprise at OSU. In addition to coordinating the campus-wide routing of proposals and awards, the office is also responsible for the central administration of electronic research administration systems and coordination of OSU limited submission competitions. The office also has two full-time grant writers and a contracting specialist. This unit is part of the Division of the Vice President for Research.

  • Grants & Contracts Financial Administration (GCFA) serves the OSU research community by providing guidance, fund set-up, post-award services, audit and financial compliance support, and general assistance for externally-funded/sponsored agreements and contracts. This unit is part of the office of Vice President for Administration and Finance.
